I believe that you will find the only info available is through the United Methodist church in Eufaula,OK. They published a book about that lake and it's history back in the fifties, when it happened. If that info is not there, anymore then perhaps the library or the McIntosh County clerk's office will have info.
Otherwise signicant information such as All-Black towns and their culture is bound to yield is forgotten with the watery-death of the buildings,etc.
