The Seminole Nation of Oklahoma certified last weekend's election yesterday July 7.
Three proposals affecting the Freedmen were approved by voters. One requires members to be of 1/8 blood. The tribe has not had a blood quantum requirement before.
The second requires members to be of "Seminole Indian blood."
The third involves how the Judgment Fund is to be used.
