There were two Jane Jefferson's.
Jane #1 on CREEK NATION CENSUS CARD #1400 FIELD No.1404 (Tulsa PO, Indian Territory)
Jennie (Perryman) DUNN (Roll no. 4456 1/2 blood quant) she was the daughter of Adam Perryman and Sim-hoh of Tuckabatchee town, she was 60 years old in 1900. She was on the 1890 Tuckabatchee town census roll on page 238 as JANE JEFFERSON and the Tuckabatchee Pay Roll of 1890 as JANE JEFFERSON. She had a son MANUEL JEFFERSON (Roll no. 4457 1/4 blood quan) whose father was SILAS JEFFERSON. On the Census Card 1400 there is a note which states that MANUEL JEFFERSON married JANE JEFFERSON on Creek Freedmen Census Card No.111 field No. 114. On Card No. The is also a note on the Card that Manuel Jefferson age 25 was in the Muskogee Jail.
Jane #2 CREEK FREEDMEN CENSUS CARD #111 FIELD No. 114 (Begg PO Muskogee, IT)
Jane (SAMPSON) JEFFERSONS, (Roll No. 423). This Jane was the daughter of Richard Sampson and Fannie Richard of North Fork Town. She married MANUEL JEFFERSON son of the first Jane and Silas Jefferson. They had a son Sampson JEFFERSON (Roll No. 426). She is also on the Dunn Roll #144. In the 1900 census Manuel also had a son and named him Silas.
Manuel Jefferson also has a World War I Draft registration card and listed as next of kin was Jennie Dunn, his mother.
