I am looking for the parents of Arthur Bullard. I have his Military Registration Card, but it does not include his parent’s name. It does not list his social security number either.

According to his military record, dated 6/5/1917, Arthur was born in Brazoria County, Texas. He listed Wharton, Texas as his home address at the time of registration. His birth date is listed as May 27, 1894. After the war, he returned to Texas and married Willie Mae Ford-Pace of Wharton, Texas.

I would appreciate any help you have to offer.
