In regards to my post, no response is really necessary. Sometimes I suddenly remember (loss of memory) the things my grandmother taught me or I would do with her. I miss her and wonder if some things were from the culture of my ancestors enslaved by the Creeks. My grandmother had stayed for awhile at Old Agency with her father.

Because of the early separation from my grandmother I guess I will always have some concerns, questions I would like to ask her but cannot. I really enjoyed the summer months in Muskogee with my grandmother.

The finished product that I was making with leather strips I will never know, or where I learned it. I guess I just have flash backs every so often.
