I'm looking for any information. More specifically i'm trying to find out more about Chloe Barnett and Scipio Barnett Who is Mary's Grandparents and Jincy's parents. I know Scipio had a farm and maybe a store too. Also, in 1865: Cherokees, Creeks, Choctaws, Chickasaws, Osages, Seminoles, Senecas, Senecas and Shawnees, and Quapaws all sent Delegates to Scipio's farm to negotiate a treaty some times referred as the Indian Treaty of 1865. Scipio also signed the treaty along with the delegates from the tribes and 4 other black creeks.

My wife is of Scipio's blood line and we are trying to research, record, and catalog both of our family's history (I'm a Cherokee/Choctaw freedmen) so we can pass our history to our children.
