I come into the not-so-comforting realization that using the slave narratives for info is not all that straight forward. They are indexed by state and name, but after reading some in detail...I have found that most of the time, other plantations from other states are mentioned...especially concerning familial relations, parentage, white family genealogy, etc.

Well, I don't mind reading all of them. No such thing as too much Black history education. :)
