Following up with David's post, Mel try the LDS website. I don't know how close you live to one of their centers, but it appears that the court records have been microfilmed.

and do a place name search for Lunenburg, you'll find entries for several places, but select Virginia, Lunenburg and that will lead you to entries you seek.
