Thanks for you response. I'm fascinated with the connection of Alexander McKee and the Ruddell's Fort & Martin's Station, KY raid in 1780. And his later involvement with some of the LaForce slaves captured in that raid. In particular his association (McKee) with the Reyno/Reno family in PA as well as in Canada.

Was my 4th great-grandmother, Rachel (McKee) Reno his daughter by Candis LaForce? All records seem to indicate that to be the case. Rachel was born ca 1780-81 in BlueJacket's Town, near Bellefontaine, Ohio. And Alexander McKee took into his possession Candis following the above mentioned raid. They went to live with McKee near Malden, Ontario, Canada.
