I've never written a funeral home. I have called and also taken the time to visit one. Both of my experiences were very good ones. The staff were very nice. Before visiting the funeral home, which was in another state, I did call and let them know my intentions. When I got there, they had already prepared a room with the books I needed to research. I was totally surprised!
