Does anyone have the Arkansas Death indexes for Southeastern Arkansas? Chicot, Drew, Lincoln, counties, etc., before 1941?

I am looking for deaths of any African Americans named FANE or FAIN. I have the statewide index starting in 1941, but have indexes only for those counties in Southwest Arkansas in the years before 1941.
