Does anyone have access to Pennsylvania death certificates/obits or to city directories?

My last entry for an aunt ELVIRA HUGHES is
1930 Census, PA, Allegheney County, Pittsburgh, BF, 71, b. about 1859 in WV. Servant for Emma Reed. I can't find her in 1920. She appears in WV in 1910 Census, Greenbrier County, Williamsburg District, 52, servant for Floyd & Emma Jannett.
