ELI COLLIER is related! Eli Collier is the oldest and only son of Millie Norris Collier. Is he living near Sylvia Davis? If in fact, Sylvia is a half sister to Millie, then that would make Eli Collier Sylvia's nephew. I haven't seen that page yet and I sure would love to.
