Hi, Vicky! I was online this morning and saw the name "Tilman" which you'd have to agree is not a common one. There's a TILMAN Buoy I've been trying to find out more about in my Norris line. Could this TILMAN be him? Is he from South Carolina and then living in Harrison County, TX near 1880?
