Brye is a 'fairly' unique name. Do a search of the white pages for Byres in Omaha. Try Mabel/Mable Brye in Omaha. You can do a search of the white pages using any online search engine, like superpages or smartpages.
There is a Melvin J. Foster in the index, but not in El Paso. This Melvin is listed in Round Rock, Williamson Co., TX. The Austin paper may be at my local library - I will check next trip to see if there was an obit for this Melvin.
