McCurdy, Smilie,Chappelle

I am looking for information on any of the subject African American Surnames. Particularly I am looking for Carolina relatives with Indian bloodlines and Alabama Harris/Chappelle with Indian bloodlines.

We are also trying to verify if some of our African bloodlines may have been on the first slave ship since at least one of the slaveholders associated with these surnames was on the first ship to Jamestown.
