Memphis had a major black church at the time, Beale Street church.

As you can see the 'pastor Henderson' did favor the Freedmen's Savings bank.

I did take a quick look at familysearch.org for the Freedman's bank records, and there is an Albert Winston mentioned as brother of account holder Sam Winston. Another brother Alexander is also mentioned.

Is that your Albert Winston? If so you should take a look at Sam's parents. I'm not an expert, but I think this document alone is strong enough to assume that Sam's parents are also Albert's parents (that is unless you find something stronger saying otherwise).
