I'm wondering if the John Wills on the 1880 census had a father surnamed Wills that married Frances post-1880. I also believe that the adult Wills on the 1880 census are actually black and mistakenly characterized as white. Was there an older Wills on the 1880 census that could have been aged closer to Frances age?
