To me, it seems like a silly waste of time to criminally prosecute someone for something like this. What's next, prosecuting parents for spying on their children's email and web activity ? If an actual crime occured, such as theft of assets, then prosecute the crime of theft. At best, this might be something for a civil lawsuit if their are some realizable damages incurred. This is probably a good law for businesses and but it probably needs to be amended for closely related people.
