The African American Civil war Museum will be commemorating the 150th Anniversary of the founding of the Bureau of the United States Colored Troops with a special presentation of Toward a More Perfect Union by the Civil War Youth Theater program and an evening lecture by Curator Hari Jones @7pm in AACWM Auditorium. This is a free event.

The African American Civil War Museum will be commemorating the 150th Anniversary of the founding of the Bureau of United States Colored Troops with a wreath laying at the African American Civil War Memorial. The author of American Tapestry, Rachel L. Swarns is the keynote speaker for his occasion
