Its funny just last night I was at a Paul Mooney show last night and he was talking about the bandanna laws. Alot of children were born out of rape during slavery and if the child came out white lookin then they would have to wear a bandanna on their head so ppl wouldnt mistake them for whites and this was the law!!!
