The Lee E. Cawley/Cauley that I found seems to be the father the Sr. Lee. I found another Lee Cawley in the SSDI born 3/17/1963 who died May 1980 in Hensleyh Arkanas.

I can't tell from the photo when the photo was taken. The search continues.
