Coming to the Table
Sunday, July 23, 3:00 – 4:30 pm
St. Mark's Cathedral
1245 Tenth Avenue East, Seattle
Bloedel Hall

"I have a dream that one day... the sons of former slaves and the sons of former slave owners will be able to sit down together at the table of brotherhood."
- Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.

Join us for a presentation about a historic gathering of descendants
of slaves, slave-holders, and slave traders in a spirit of healing and
reconciliation. Will include a short video and time for questions
and answers. An exciting opportunity to inspire dialogue within
our community about racism, its history and how to create a future
without it.

Free and open to all. Film contains some graphic footage not suitable for children.
