I am trying to find and locate those family members of that of a Ophelia Tate, of Neptune, Asbury Park, NJ. She was born as Ophelia Crowell or Horton in and around 1910. There are family members but I am not sure where. Ophelia was a resident of Rowan County, Salisbury, N.C. during her girlhood years. There are probably those Crowells and others who may know of her. I am working on a family tree involving the House, Crowells, and Heilig families of N.C. Joseph
