I don't know if this will be of help to you, but I knew a man named Alvoye Pride who lived in Ohio and later in California. He was originally from Florida. He has a sister, Juanita, who lives in Florida.

Mr. Pride and his wife, Betty, were friends of my parents.

Their children still live here in California. One daughter, Debra, is probably in her mid-50's. There is a son, Alvoye Jr.
