I appreciate your comments about E. Lynn Harris. The words on your blog are filled with such compassion and deep appreciation for Harris.

I read "Invisible Life" and discussed it with some of my gay friends. They all said that Invisible Life was a story that should be read by everyone, not just Blacks, or black homosexuals.

When Harris wrote "Say A Little Prayer" which centered on Black Churches and Homophobia, it created an even greater furor in the black community.
