If you have heard of this book, Buy it, borrow it, read it. I met the author couldn't put this book down. I did not know there were black people living in Nova Scotia. Seem like after our ancestors were stolen from their home land to build the America's, 'white folks' decided to promise us land and freedom and transport as many as they could somewhere else, to do basically the same thing all over again. But I can't tell you any more. I will say it has something to do with a African girl named AMINATA.
