What a riveting story!

And sad at the same time. Many of us can recite the indignities that we endured in those times.

We need to share - and publish - those stories as they are a composite of American history. I refrain from saying 'African American' history because there are others complicit within each episode.

Thank you for being an inspiration in the telling of not only 'our' history, but of all history.
