Thanks Sharon,
I appreciate your input. The search has been a little discouraging lately. I have had some obstacles lately, in Bismarck, ND they told me I needed to hire an attorney and get a court order to see a will of my ancestor in storage there from 1888 (thought it was public domain by now). Then some documents that were cited by an author of a book were according to the courthouse staff "missing." The author of the book which covered one of my ancestors said his files were too disorganized to check his notes, though I did offer to pay for his time. Other archives in that area and Idaho I guess are very understaffed, and I was told the people I'm looking for were "too minor" in the history so I will wait and persevere. I suppose I need to go there in person and look at that info, maybe when I retire--LOL.
I am not giving up!
Blessings,
Stephanie
