Hello members:

On April 14,2005 at 11:00 AM near the village Rio Grande, Ohio the Friends
of Freedom will achieve another milestone in their short but impressive
history of presenting the message of the Ohio Underground Railroad to the
state and nation by the contribution of its members.

On that day The Bob Evans Farm and Homestead Museum will have its grand
opening, and will exhibit the" Freedom Seekers: Ohio and the Underground
Railroad," a display created by members of the Friends of Freedom Society,
and the Bob Evans company.

Simultaneously, a brochure promoting the Museum and the Friends of Freedom
exhibit will be distributed in 589 Bob Evans restaurants across the nation
informing visitors of the history of Bob Evans---and the Ohio Underground
Railroad.

This exhibit would not have been possible without our "conductors" providing
the artifacts, design,power point presentation ,and authenticity of the
Ohio Underground Railroad, that validated the facts of this once forgotten
history.

We owe a debt of gratitude to Cathy Nelson, Beverly Gray, John Maddox,
Terry Davis, Ann Cramer,Leslie Blankenship, Connie Quarles, and Jane Harris
whose work and dedication made this exhibit possible. Their commitment to
excellence makes us all proud of our members, and their achievement.

Congratulations members for all that you have done.
