Re: Thank you
In Response To: Thank you ()

Mr. Cox, You are more than welcome.

Contact with the Adams' and the Multicultural Genealogical Society located in Chesterhill is a very good start. Before Alvin's death..... Alvin, Ada & I worked with The Friends of Freedom/Ohio Underground Railroad Association (FOFS/OURA) in researching UGRR operators, sites & safe houses in Ohio's 88 counties. The FOFS/OURA might be another excellent source for information and/or direction.

Best Wishes and give Ada Adams our Warmest Regards.

Attn: Art Thomas

Dear Mr. Thomas:

Thank you for the information about the Wilbur Siebert Papers at Ohio Historical Society. I will certainly check into this.

I have made a preliminary contact and will be having a conversation with Ada and Alvin Adams of the Multicultural Genealogical Society, a group which is involved in Underground Railroad tours and research. They are in Chesterhill, Ohio not far from where we live. Of course, I'll talk to them about your suggestion.

Thanks again.

Your help is very much appreaciated.

Jack R. Cox.
