Hi Mike, Good to see you're still working on your family history. I'll try to answer your questions and hopefully the answers will be of some help to you. 1) Yes, I have "mined" Siebert's work at the Ohio Historical Society in Columbus. I believe those many, many boxes are currently undergoing a digitalization process and aren't currently available. 2) Since your ancestors are listed, they were either interviewed by a student of Siebert , or are mentioned in another interview as active participants on the UGRR. I believe my Champaign County ancestors are listed because they are mentioned in an interview given by David Adams of Hancock County. David Adams was the son of Lewis Adams and a grandson/bro-in-law to the Reno family located in Champaign County. He (David) mentioned and gave much credit to his father and in-laws in his interview. When the manuscripts were available I copied every interview for Clark, Champaign and Hancock counties to verify my connections. 3) Other references.....two (2) books, Mysteries of the Ohio Underground Railroad and the other title I'm not sure of, the Siebert Map of Ohio's Underground Railroad Trails and some references in various "History of County xyz" books by Beers. 4) Researcher's of Logan County......Take a look at the Friends of Freedom (FOFS) website, URL below, click Ohio Research, then Regions and you will be directed to Ms. Madelene Norris, the West Regional coordinator, Logan County is in the West Region. She would have the name(s) of Logan County researchers. She may also be able to give you some documented information on your ancestors from Logan County research by FOFS members. I hope this helps, Best Wishes, Art
