I'm guessing VKN's procedure would work just fine but you may want to purchase a copy of WinZip so that you can get the self-extraction feature. In that way, the person(s) receiving the file(s) do not have to download a seperate unzip program. The evaluation version of WinZip apparently does not allow the creation of self-extracting compressed files.
