Many times I see the information from Census Records, or other documents, neatly posted here at Afrigeneas.

It is always in perfect type and many times it is very detailed.

How do you do it quickly?

For example, I want to list all of the members of a family that live in Bowling Green, including their ages, relationships, birth information etc.

They could be on several census pages.

Do you cut and paste it?
Take nine hours to type it?
