We seem to be having a problem with Daniel Todd born in Missouri 1842. In 1870 N.M. census it shows Daniel Todd and Perfecta Trujillo with a son listed as Joel. Joel if you check against the 1880 N.M. census Joel is the same age also a mulatto with the same father.Joel who I also believe to be the Joseph in 1880.1870 Daniel and Perfecta Trujillo had two NATURAL children.

Joel [Joseph] B- 1869 and Paula B- about 1871. I have the marraige record for Paula and a record of her three children.I don't know what happened between Daniel and Perfecta,she may have died or left him.I do also have records that show in 1874 in the same area that Daniel married Rafeala Manriquez also known as Montoya [surname].

This info was given to me by the G-grand daughter of Rafeala's sister.I have followed Daniel's daughter
Cleofas Todd's line to the present day.
