I found some info. The P.O. Box 267 is the address connected to 614 S. New Orleans Ave, Brinkley, AR 72021. This is the address to Nola Gettis, who is one of the sisters of C.O. Gettis. Although Nola's name is still on the record as property owner, she died in 1992. So, I'm not sure if a family member is living in the home.
