I have in my possession a photo album( the old timey black kind) that belonged to a Ms Helen Howell,retired school teacher of Asheville,NC.There are a lot of pictures with first names and lots with no names.Several High School Commencement programs(1949 Grahamtown High with a Charles Emmerson Bristol card). A 1951 Souvenir program celebrating the " First Basketball Game Played" at the New Carver High School.
A few names: Lillie Mae Hamilton,Theron Sims,Charles Hart,Lottie Lucille Williams.
It is a "jewel" of a book but of no use to me.
I hope there is someone out there who may take possession of it and place it in a historical setting for future generations.
