Sarah Martin (Colored)-killed July 2, 1867, near Woodbury,Cannon Co, Tenn. Case # 3. Name of Murderers: Unknown. Result of Trial: No trial.Remarks: Girl 14 years of age,after being ravished, at work in a corn-field.
James Drake (colored) -killed Oct 1, 1867, Near Brentwood, Davidson Co, Tenn. Case # 8. Name of Murderers:"Crockett, Bros", Result of Trial: Aquitted. Remarks: Provided an alibi and aquitted.
Newton Switzer (Colored)-killed Mar. 1868, Franklin Co Tenn.
Orange Rhodes (Colored) -killed Jan 7, 1868, Pulaski, Giles Co,
Peter Simno (Colored) -killed June 29, 1868, Pulaski, Giles Co,
----Birch (Colored) -killed July 4, 1868, Connersville, Giles Co
Henry Woodford (colored) -killed Dec 18, 1867, Humphrey Co, Tenn.
John Marabel (colored) -killed Feb- 1868, Humphreys Co, Tenn.
