[TX] TX Rangers disturbing grave of Shepherd Mullens?
The Texas Rangers Museum in Waco plans to disturb the grave of Shepherd Mullens, along with other graves of historic Texans. Shepherd Mullens (c.1828-1871) was born in Lawrence County, AL and arrived as a slave in Texas in 1854. During Reconstruction, he served as a state legislator from McLennan County, TX.
