Taken up and Committed to Jail,
a negro man who says his name is PETER, and
says he was raised by Council Best of Wayne, Co.VA
and now belongs to William Harvey of Richmond, VA.
The owner of said boy is hereby notified to come and prove
property, pay charges, and take him away or he will
be dealt with as the law directs.
