I believe the plantation that existed in Eatonton, Putnam County may have been called the 'Seven Oaks Plantation', and it was run by a SPIVEY family. This plantation may have been located in the area shown as 'Spivey' on the map.

A photo a cotton field on the Spivey Plantation, Putnam County, Georgia, can be accessed through the URL below. I don't know if this is the same plantation as the one that was called Seven Oaks.
