I have receive three of my requested Death
Certificates From Georgia Vital Records Office.
The death certificates were ranging from 1940
to 2004. Each one of the certificates had the
cause of death covered. I have tried calling
the Vital Records at 404-679-4701. Each
attempt I get the phone continue to ring, a busy
signal or put in clue (terminal hold). Is anyone
aware of a new policy were we will no longer get
the cause of death on the death certificate?
