Greetings Florida Researchers:

I found this site when I was researching the biography of a famous Florida musician, Julian Edwin "Cannonball" Adderly. Both Julian and his brother Nat were students in my mother's English class at the Florida A & M Campus School. Their father was the music teacher and early band director (1910) of FAMU's legendary marching bankd.

Julian carried on his father's legacy when he became the high school band director at Dillard High School. Please read his biography below.
