I found Smith Mosby in census 1870-1910. I don't have a death cert for him. I am going to send to New Castle Pa for it. The lure about Smith Mosby is he served in the Civil War. I saw a listing for a Smith Mosby, but I'm not sure if it is him. I ordered the records from the Gov. and got them back just in case it is him.
