I am looking for relatives of My great-grandfather, Charles[Charley] Mills. The 1910 Rusk county Texas census shows him as having been born in Virginia. My grandfather, Charley Mills, told me about 30 years ago that his father, Charley Mills was born in Halifax county Virginia. My Great-grandfather, Charley Mills, was born in 1830. I am looking for any Mills's in Virginia who are related to him who may be able to tell me who his mother and father might be.
