There is a wonderful CD made by family-reunion.com that has EVERYTHING you could possibly think of and things you haven't thought in it. It has the expense report, the mailing list, the shopping list, the plans, and you can click labels and print all address labels from your family list at once!
It also gives tips about planning and ideas for the actual activies during the reunion. It was $39 plus some change but by the time I had loaded all my addresses into it, it had paid for itself!
