Yes, I saw this in that magazine as well. I contacted them and this was the information that they sent me....

Life Legacy Video Productions

Preserving our valuable family history on video

Thank you for your interest in the Ancestral Cut-Outs.

The life size cut-outs are guaranteed to provide a unique historical impact at you next family gathering, especially for children. Just think of the photo opportunities the cut-outs will offer.

We are happy to help; just scan your photos and e-mail them to us or you can mail us your spare photos. Scanning your photos, in our own shop, is the preferred method.

For Ancestral Cut-Outs we require camera ready artwork, submitted photos or files must be suitable for reproduction. They can be either color or B&W. Unacceptable items include photo copy images or faxed photos.

Pictures scanned at 75 dpi to 150 dpi can be sent to us over the Internet
Note, the higher the scan resolution setting, (300 dpi or higher) the sharper and clearer the cut-out will be. Most home scanners have a default setting of 150 dpi.

We request that photo files larger than 300 dpi be saved on a floppy or burned to a CD and mail to us.

Standard output sizes are: .5 inch thick Gator Foam, 4 ft high x 12 in wide with self-standing easel mounts (Used as a table top display) $237.00 plus shipping.
.5 inch thick Gator Foam, 6 high x 24 wide with self standing easel mounts (life size replica) $475.00 plus shipping.

Delivery: three (3) weeks after receipt of order.

Please call us: 404-660-3456
