Re: Name badges
In Response To: Name badges ()
Well, I guess the type of name badge you use depends on how much you want to spend and whether you'll need them for multiple events.
The peel and stick are less expensive, but you can generally only use them once. They're good for single-event reunions.
The pin badges are second most cost-effective, and they're the ones that I've purchased both times we hosted the reunion. We require that they're worn for all four days, so we needed something re-useable. The downside is that they pierce the fabric of people's clothes, and some prefer not to do that to their clothing.
The inserts worn around the neck are the most expensive, but they're easy to wear and don't make you poke holes in your clothes. We had those at the last reunion, and the only downside I can think of is that several people found that they twisted on the neck, especially if the event was outside and it was breezy.
Hope that helps!
