Cheer Up! Everything will turn out just fine. I am assuming from your post that you all just sent out notices to family members to let them know that the reunion is back on again? Since this situation has occurred, why not form a phone committee. Several family members can make phone calls to designated family members to encourage them about the reunion, hopefully build enthusiasm up, and get a feel at how many may be participating. Just a suggestion....
