Our reunion is in August and this will be our first one.

We are starting out with just a picnic.
I am wondering if I should submit an article for the local newspaper to see if there are any additional relatives or friends of our family that are still living in the area. I wanted to include some of the names that consistently surround our family names in the census records.

If you have done it, please let me know if you think it is worth a try.

Also, how do you handle the names of the slave owner family. I know the name but I was sure how that is addressed.
